It's all about the Bills

Ok, so it's not supposed to be all about the bills. But it sure feels that way lately. Being an adult is stressful. This is my first time to really be out on "my own." Not living with family, paying ALL of my own bills. And it's NOT FUN. lol Well, I like the living on my own part, but not the BILLS!!! I really am glad that I moved out of my mom's house and to Houston. I know it was time for that to happen, and I don't want to move back or anything. But when all those lovely BILLS come in the mail, I groan. It's just starting to hit me. There is a BILL for everything. Who knew??

I seriously realized that my planning needed to get a little better when I discovered that ALL OF MY BILLS this month are due at the same time!! Some of the bills aren't on a "normal" schedule yet, so I'm still getting used to what ones come when. I think I might have hyperventilated a little bit when I realized they were ALL DUE during the SAME PAY PERIOD. Cool. Do you like my use of CAPS?? I'm not yelling, I promise. I'm working on finding a good system, and I seriously hope I get one down soon. I truly have a little more respect for what it means to be an "adult!"
