God is good, even when terrible things are happening. Do I really believe that God is sovereign when I'm suffering - even if the suffering is terrible? People who maintain their faith in the midst of incredible trials encourage my faith more than any other thing I can think of. The faith and honesty of this 33 year old father and husband with stage 4 colon cancer especially encouraged me:
