I should definitely be in bed right now, but my sleep schedule is really off. I've been staying up late to read, and then I feel totally exhausted by the afternoon of the next day. Today, I came home with every intention of exercising, but instead, I crashed for two hours. Now I'm wide awake. Bummer. Who says reading is good for you?
